Don’t stress over creating a gorgeous cover. I’ll provide you with a simple cover customized to your specific planner length and size and a Canva template you can customize if you wish to hire out a designer. You can also send me licensed images and design elements ahead of time that I can use to create your cover.

After going over your vision and creating your planner pages, I’ll write out a simple, Amazon SEO friendly html description for your planner that will show up on your Amazon sales page. I’ll also include recommended keywords & categories to list your planner under.

Paperback
Choose between the following planner sizes:
5" x 8" (12.7 x 20.32 cm)
5.5" x 8.5" (13.97 x 21.59 cm)
6" x 9" (15.24 x 22.86 cm)
7" x 10" x (17.78 x 25.4 cm)
8" x 10" (20.32 x 25.4 cm)
8.5" x 11" (21.59 x 27.94 cm)
Custom size anywhere between 4"-8.5" (10.16-21.59 cm) width and 6"-11.69" (15.24-29.69 cm) height. This means we could create a square 6” x 6” journal for example!
Cover Finishes & Interior Pages
Choose between a matte or glossy cover finish with (90 GSM) white paper interior pages. Interior can be printed in either black & white or color but color pages will result in a higher printing cost for your planner and thus a higher retail price on Amazon.

The Process:
1️⃣ Fill out an application
Fill out the short form below so I can get a better idea of your business, your planner or journal idea(s) and how I can best support you through this process. This helps me get to know more about you!
2️⃣ Meet over Voxer
I’ll reach out to you via email and send instructions on how we’ll meet over Voxer. (A super simple walkie-talkie style app where we can easily chat back and forth without having to pick a time to hop on Zoom).
3️⃣ Finalize Details & Start!
We’ll go through our agreement, I’ll send over payment info, and once everything is taken care of we’ll schedule your day so I can map out your planner and get started on creating it for you!
4️⃣ Receive your Finalized Planner File in 1-2 Weeks!
After I get everything from you to turn your idea into an actionable planner, I’ll get to work! You can expect to hear from me on Voxer throughout the process if I have any questions and you will receive a finalized version from me in 1-2 Weeks. I’ll send over a video walkthrough of the entire planner and we’ll discuss final details and changes on Voxer!
