Episode 112: How I Published over 4 Journals, Created 6 Courses, and Produced over 100 Podcast Episodes in 2 Years
I get asked all the time “Sarah, how the hell do you create so many things and get so much done?!” Today I’m answering that question as I breakdown the hours it took me to create and complete over 10 major products and courses in about 2 years. I share the strategy behind focus projects, ways to rethink your time and show you a glimpse inside how I manage my content-driven business.

How I manage my focus projects:

Create a content outline
Map out my focus project
Track my time for the project from start to finish (noting research, planning, and creation times)
Doing ONE focus project at a time
Key takeaways:
Being prepared helps
Having a strategy helps
Tracking your time creates awareness and accountability
