Truth is we all do things that waste time. Our time, other people's time, and vital time spent on projects, deadlines, and even things we do for fun.

Mindfulness reminds us to be in the moment, to trust in the process and the flow of our work, but if we're not also mindful of the ways in which we are unintentionally sabotaging our time, it can lead to burnout, extended deadlines, and poor time management.
